Allison Kreutzer

Senior ● Lilburn, Ga. ● Providence Christian Academy

Returning two-time cross country All-America who is the most distinguished female cross country runner in Clayton State history. She will be seeking her third trip to the NCAA championship meet this fall in Joplin, Mo. and an unprecedented fourth All-PBC and All-Region honors.  Allison has won nine individual meet titles in her three seasons as a Laker and has run eight of the Top 10 fastest-times in Clayton State history.  Earned All-America honors last May in the 5,000m (4th place) and 10,000m (third place) at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships in Charlotte and holds four outdoor team records and three indoor records.  Also ran 5,000m at the NCAA Division II Indoor Championships last March in Boston.
2006: Opened the season with four consecutive wins and helped the team to  a second place finish in the Peach Belt Conference... Made All-PBC and All-Region for the third time... Finished second at the PBC title meet behind teammate Angela Cobb, running 17:27, her second-best 5K cross country career time.

2005: Made All-America for a second time, finishing 11th at the NCAA meet in Chino, Calif.... Finished third in the PBC title meet and fourth at the South Region meet... Won the Wingate Invitational for a second time.

2004: Had a fabulous freshman year that included finishing runner-up at the NCAA meet in Evansville, Indiana to become Clayton State's first cross country All-America... Was the PBC "Runner of the Year" and "Freshman of the Year", winning the Peach Belt individual title in 17:24... Won four meets, including the Georgia Collegiates and Furman Invitational and was runner-up at the South Region  meet in Memphis.
High School: A standout runner at Providence Christian Academy... Was runner-up finisher her senior year in the Class AA 1600m and 3200m track events.
Personal: Born: March 20, 1986… Parents are Diane & Bruce Kreutzer…  Younger sister Kara runs for Augusta State... Major is Integrated Studies.
