Conference championship and a possible NCAA Division II National
Tournament berth came to a heartbreaking conclusion for the Clayton

overtimes, the Lakers dropped a tough 2-1 decision to Lander in the
PBC semifinals at Blanchard Woods Park. Clayton State is now 11-6-1
overall, and the Lakers still have a small chance at earning an NCAA
Division II postseason bid, which will be announced on Monday.
