Perhaps one of the most decorated newcomers ever to join the Clayton State men’s soccer program… Transfers to the Lakers following two stellar seasons at Division I South Carolina… Will take a redshirt this season, and then regain eligibility in 2008… Was a two-time All-Conference USA and 2005 Conference USA Freshman of the Year at South Carolina… Member of the United States Under-20 National team pool.           
Pre-Clayton State: Enjoyed two tremendous seasons as the goalkeeper for head coach Mark Berson’s nationally-ranked program at South Carolina… Played every minute of each game last season, allowing only 19 goals for the season for a 1.09 goals-against average… Recorded six shutouts and 70 saves to garner second team All-Conference USA honors… Ranked in the Top 5 in Conference USA in goals-against average, saves, save percentage and shutouts… Started all 21 games in goal in 2005, earning second team All-Conference USA honors and Conference USA Freshman of the Year… Set the South Carolina single-season record for saves with 88… Compiled a 1.19 goals-against average and recorded four shutouts.   
High School/Club: Lettered in soccer at South Aiken High School in Aiken, S.C… High school head coach was Paul Waters… High school teammate of fellow Laker recruit Jamal Geathers... Helped pace South Aiken to the 2005 South Carolina State 4A championship… Selected a high school All-American by StudentSportsSoccer.com… Earned All-Region all four seasons… Selected All-State both as a junior and a senior… Competed in club soccer for the Aiken Fire, where he was teammates with fellow Lakers Geathers, Marquintctez Jackson and Jordan Gilbert… Helped pace the Fire to four straight state championships, and the national club finals in 2002.
