Conference rival USC Upstate… Versatile combo guard with
complete game and valuable playing experience… Plays both guard
spots… Can score with the ball and is a dangerous threat from
3-point range… A good teammate and a hard worker.
Pre-Clayton State: Saw action in 30 games with 18 starts last season at USC Upstate under head coach Eddie Payne… Averaged six points and two rebounds a game while shooting 31 percent from 3-point range… Scored a career-high 19 points on 5-for-5 shooting from 3-point range against Virginia… Also scored 13 points on four 3-point baskets against Auburn, plus 12 points against Florida Gulf Coast and 11 points against Stetson… Enjoyed a stellar freshman season at Atlanta Metro under head coach Robert Pritchett… Averaged 19 points a game and shot 77 percent from the free throw line in earning NJCAA All-Region honors.
High School: Lettered four seasons in basketball at neighboring Morrow High School in Morrow, Ga… High school head coach was Jay Livingston… Finished as the second all-time leading scorer at Morrow with 985 points… Averaged 20 points a game during his senior season and set the Morrow single-season record for 3-point baskets with 69… Selected Clayton County Player of the Year as a senior, as well as All-Region.
